Established in 2021, the Stakehill BID (Business Improvement District) is a dynamic, occupier-funded, non-profit partnership dedicated to enhancing and advancing the Stakehill Industrial Estate. With a focus on delivering additional services that contribute to the estate’s effectiveness as a great place to operate, the BID addresses needs that go beyond the scope of local authority responsibilities.
Businesses of the estate contribute a statutory levy which serves as the financial backbone for agreed plans and initiatives. These contributions ensure that the voices, concerns, and priorities of the businesses directly shape and inform planning and proactivity around necessary improvements and services.
